Located at the North West corner of Vernon, BC the Alexis Park Neighbourhood sees a mix of single family homes, many built in the 1970`s along with several small apartment buildings. Many of these buildings are now stratified, meaning that individual ownership is possible. Depending on how the listing REALTOR® classifies a property - Homes in Turtle Mountain's Wesbuild Community may appear as Alexis Park Listings - However they may also show up in Bella Vista, and occasionally as Vernon City properties.
With it's easy access to Downtown Vernon, and The Vernon Square plaza, living in Alexis Park provides close, easy access to shops, services, restaurants and cultural attractions like the Performing Arts Gallery.
Kal Tire Place, Vernon's Multi Use facility is also located in Alexis Park, and is home to our Vernon Vipers Hockey team. In addition, on Monday and Friday mornings, Spring through fall , you can take in the Vernon Farmers Market at Kal Tire Place.
Neighbourhood schools for the Alexis Park neighbourhood are Alexis Park Elementary for K - Grade 7 and WL Seaton Secondary for Grades 8 -12. Catchment maps are below.
