Born and raised in Saskatchewan, Patric migrated to BC in 2012 settling in Vancouver with his partner to experience big city living. Residing in East Vancouver provided a great opportunity to access amazing restaurants & breweries, great live music, and access to the culture and character that Vancouver is known for.

Looking to start the next chapter of their lives they relocated out to the beautiful North Okanagan over 5 years ago, started a young and busy family, and couldn’t be happier!

Patric and his family are currently living their dream living in Armstrong and providing an amazing opportunity for their two young boys to experience all that BC has to offer; access to the local mountains, forests, lakes and trails!

Patric's professional experience over the past decade has been in the Political and Sales fields, which he feels has greatly prepared him for a career as a Licensed Realtor. He is focused on serving his clients specific needs and helping to build/develop his local community. Patirc's aim is to establish trust based relationships and complete transactions that are mutually beneficial for all parties involved. Patric is interested in anything outdoors (hiking/snowboarding/paddle boarding/camping/golf/baseball/football/soccer/hockey/biking/etc.), small town living, and enjoying the simple things in life. After 11 years as a bridal gown store owner, it was time for Julie to realize her dreams of becoming a real estate agent! Licensed since 2017, Julie gets so much joy engaging with clients and guiding them through the home buying and selling process!

After vacationing in the Okanagan for over 20 years, Julie decided it was time to live where everyone else vacations! Making the move to Vernon in 2019 was the highlight for her family. Julie loves skiing, cross country, and downhill, spending time at the beach or in the pool, and visiting all the local amenities the Okanagan has to offer. Spending time with family and friends is what defines Julie and her two daughters are her whole world!

Jasmine Hall

Born and raised in Vancouver, Jasmine decided to make the move up to the Okanagan with her husband in 2020 to be closer to family and to enjoy the wonderful four seasons that only the Okanagan can offer. Jasmine quickly fell in love with the slower pace of life in Armstrong and realized she wanted to help others navigate the move from big city to small town living. Getting out of the fast paced environment of Vancouver, Jasmine decided to dive into real estate to help others who are also looking to find their perfect home in the Okanagan.

Jasmine has an extensive background in Business Development and Marketing and completed her Certificate of Social Media and Marketing from UBC Sauder School of Business in 2019. Her previous experience in hospitality has instilled the importance of excellent customer service and care to everyone that she meets. Jasmine's experience in buying and selling her own properties in the Lower Mainland and Vernon has given her the tools and knowledge to make the buying and selling process as smooth as possible for her clients.

She enjoys spending her time off with her daughter, husband and two rescue dogs on their farm in Armstrong where they have goats, sheep and chickens. When she's not busy on the farm she loves to visit the wonderful local wineries, go camping, and boating around all the gorgeous Okanagan lakes.
