Julie Lutz was born and raised in Red Deer, Alberta, Where she owned and operated a Bridal Gown Store. After 11 years in the Bridal world, it was time for Julie to realize her dreams of becoming a Real Estate agent. Licensed in 2017, she has enjoyed every minute of the Real Estate world. Engaging with clients and guiding them through the home buying and selling process!
Vernon, Coldstream, Armstrong, Lavington and Lumby are the key areas Julie serves. She has a distinct ability to help ease the process for first time home buyers. Julie is thrilled to be working with Chris Holm & Associates.

After Vacationing in the Okanagan for over 20 years, She decided - "Why not live where everyone else Vacations!"  Making the move to Vernon in 2019 was the highlight for her family. Julie loves Skiing, cross country and downhill, spending time at the beach or in the pool, and visiting all the local amenities the Okanagan has to offer. Spending time with Family and Friends is what defines Julie. Her two daughters are her whole world!
