3 Tips to Declutter Cupboards & Countertops for Showings

We tend to overstore items in our kitchen, so when it comes time for listing photos and showings, tackle these three items below. It will help declutter and organize your kitchen space, making it more inviting for potential buyers.

Tip #1:  A substantial amount of buyers will open up cabinets and analyze the amount of space it holds, so avoid shoving countertop items into your cupboards!

Tip #2:  Over-crowed countertops give a "not enough space" sense to the kitchen. Instead, strategically pack away any infrequently used appliances and kitchen gadgets to give the illusion of a larger space.

Tip #3:  Many home buyers envision themselves in your space, which means if there are too many personalized items in the home, it's difficult for buyers to see themselves in the home. Less of you lets them see MORE of themselves.

📸 The kitchen featured in this photo is from our fantastic 2358 Pyott Road property that's for sale in Armstrong, BC. You HAVE to see this home - it's truly mesmerizing (especially the detached shop and outdoor space 😍). Click here for more details:
