Residential sales in the North Okanagan were up slightly in the week ending April 15th, but the total value of properties sold was almost one million dollars less. Not surprising, then to see the average sale price drop as well. This could be because of the ratio of single family home sales to "the rest of the market" i.e. lots, manufactured homes, townhouses and apartments ( all of which are usually at a lower price than single family homes) being almost equal.
