North Okanagan Residential MLS® Real Estate Sales Report

53 residential MLS® property sales were reported in the North Okanagan.  This week during October 2nd - 8th, sale prices ranged from $60,000 to $1,360,000.  Average sale price this week was $396,317.  Number of days on the market ranged from 5 to 408, and averaged at 71.

Top Sale in the North Okanagan
