Okanagan Shuswap – Residential Property Sales Feb. 27, 2018

Overall in the region residential property sales were UP. This week, against normal trend the Central Okanagan was the only zone to experience a decline in sales. However, very robust increased in the North and Shuswap zones carried the region forward. With the geographic shift - you will also note a lessening in the average sale price.
