For Sellers -Knowing what’s happening in the current market is especially important if you want to successfully sell your property. Be prepared for about 2 months of showings in this market.
For Buyers - Overlaying current market data with information from past years can help you predict the future by examining data trend lines. Inventory always increases as we move towards summer - but it took till April to really get going last year. Patience, grasshopper.
