What happened in North Okanagan Home Sales January 1 - 8, 2023
This information relates to the sale of Single Family homes only.
Four homes sold January 1 to January 8 in the North Okanagan. 1 at SilverStar 2 in Enderby and 1 in Armstrong. These homes averaged 37 days on the market with a sale price of just over $690,000.
No properties sold at or above asking, and on average, almost $23,000 was negotiated off of the list price.
The number of homes currently listed is 194, there is no change from last week.
What does that mean?
For Sellers - Consider how you can help your home stand out and position it to be more attractive than its competitors. Are you in a position to offer a partial Vendor take-back mortgage, or maybe your lender will allow a buyer to assume your mortgage? These possibilities could be just what is needed to make your property more attractive to a buyer.
