It's time for a little Inventory check-in. Every week we tell you how many active properties there are listed in the North Okanagan. This week we'll also give you some perspective on how that compares to other years.
- 2012 - in April there were 2120 properties available for sale in the North Okanagan,
- 2015 - April saw 1803 properties on the market
- 2017 - April 1254
- 2019 - April 1247
- 2020 - April (beginning of Covid-19) there were 1131 and last year in April, 663 properties were on the market in the North Okanagan.

As of the morning of Friday, April 8, 2022, there are 451 properties showing as active listings in the North Okanagan. Last Friday there were 444 properties active.
