Happy Christmas Eve! We hope this finds all well with you and yours, and that you carve out some special downtime to reconnect with family, friends, and the wonderful natural environment we share here in the North Okanagan. 

IN REAL ESTATE:

 Across the North Okanagan 407 properties are showing as active for sale down substantially from 423 last Friday.  We predict the number of active listings will dip below 400 before the end of the year! 

Over the last week, 26 new listings were activated, and 36 properties moved to sold status.  Prices were reduced on 1 listing. Sales ranged from $109,000.  to $2,675,000.  These numbers include homes, townhomes, apartments, manufactured homes, and lots and land between Enderby and Predator Ridge, out to Falkland and Cherryville.
