Purchase pending on final phase of Turtle Mountain
There is a deal pending for the final 17.3-acre parcel of the Turtle Mountain Development in Vernon.
The property located at 5101 Turtle Pond Place, is zoned R2 Large Lot Residential, R5 Four-plex Housing Residential, and P4 Utilities.
“Turtle Mountain is a development of single-family homes of exceptional quality, with the view corridors of the lake and the city among the best in the North Okanagan,” senior partner Jeff Hudson stated.
The first three phases of the development sold out, and there are different development concepts for the property ranging from 91 single-family lots to an alternative for 136 units in a combination of townhomes and single-family dwellings.
