Are you making time to enjoy these long hours of daylight?  This weekend we celebrate Father's Day, The Summer Solstice, and Indigenous Day.  EVENTS are BACK!!!  Things are happening locally as restrictions loosen up. So much to see, do and taste!

In real estate, the chart line of Active Inventory looks a bit like Ogopogo, as numbers continue to vary in between 620 and 630 properties for sale. 


If our list of listings on deck is any indication, we may be seeing the start of an increase in inventory. Time will tell.
