Welcome Summer!

With the Summer solstice comes the first official day of summer (June 21, 2023) and soon the end of school days for local children and teens. Parents, are you ready? Here's a link to Summer Camps in Vernon to give you a helping hand.


Will inventory hit 1000 active listings in the North Okanagan? Definitely, MAYBE? Inventory has remained fairly flat over the month on June, around the 950 properties mark, with properties selling and new listings coming on. The market remains very active.
