Inventory levels are UP from 618 properties listed as active last Friday to 640 properties showing as active today in the North Okanagan.
Over the last week, 64 new listings were activated and 44 properties moved to sold status. Sales ranged from $152,000 for a 1 bedroom apartment in Vernon to $2,405,000 for 160 acres with a massive shop and some minor living options in Enderby.

The Vernon Lions Club presents a Shredding Event this Saturday (September 18th), 9 am to 1 pm, in the Wholesale Club parking lot. Thanks to Interior Mobile Shredding, a commercial shredding company, you can dispose of your documents without disclosing any sensitive information that might be included within them AND do it in an environmentally responsible manner.
Shredding will be by donation, with all funds raised supporting low-income families AND assisting seniors in paying for a number of vital expenses, including eye exams, prescription glasses, diabetes care, and more.
