The Holm Stretch September 24, 2021
In This Issue
Next week, September 30 marks the first time we pause as a nation to pause and reflect on our history, the actions of the ancients, and then consider how the results of decisions made hundreds of years have impacted and continue to shape life in Canada.
How will we do this?
We have reached out and will pass along information we collect as we get closer to this day of Truth and Reconciliation. In the meantime, many of us have heard of smudging - and today we share some resources to help you explore this custom.
IN Real Estate:
Inventory levels dipped down from 640 properties showing as active last Friday in the North Okanagan to 631 this morning.
Over the last week, 53 new listings were activated and 52 properties moved to sold status. Sales ranged from $176,000 for a one-bedroom apartment in Maple Gardens, downtown Vernon to $2,150,000 for a custom home on a 9.88-acre equestrian ranch setting east of Lumby.
Talk soon,
