Family Saturday takes place on the last Saturday of each month with an art project suitable for little kids and big kids alike, at a minimal cost to participants. The workshop begins with instruction and a project demonstration and then we let the creativity flow! Join us this month as we explore the art of printing! We will have three monoprint stations set up including tabletop printing, plastic bag printing, and resist printing. Parents are also encouraged to participate. The cost is $5 for members, $9 for non-members. Pre-registration is recommended.

AURA’s 40th ANNIVERSARY

The Mass in b-minor of Johann Sebastian Bach is indisputably one of the highest peaks of human artistic achievement. A number of AURA singers in the upcoming performance were with the choir for its 2004 performance.  For Raminsh, each successive relearning and revisiting of the Mass reveals new complexity, surprises and challenges. A great work of art is never complete.

Learn basic hand-building skills and explore decorating techniques while creating projects with the garden in mind. Students will learn how to glaze their pieces in the last class. Learn to make full use of your camera with these exciting lessons. Eric puts an emphasis on hands on learning, for the student who learns by doing. He teach everything from basic camera care to photographing children. Share your photos in our facebook group for homework, and receive expert advice.
