What a week this has been! A little bit of sunshine goes a long way! We are so overdue! Get out there and stretch your legs and take it in! Go for a walk, go for a bike ride, go for a run! All these things are perfectly acceptable during our social distancing period.

In these uncertain times, we will not be hosting public open houses until further notice. Our digital marketing exposure remains strong and is even more critical now. Fortunately, Chris Holm & Associates has always been on the cutting edge of social media, video and digital marketing.

We will be offering virtual open houses on each of our listings, using video and social media platforms like Facebook.
We create floor plans for every Chris Holm & Associates listing as they give buyers a stronger overall feel for a house and its flow. Floor plans are available on our website, the MLS, and other portal sites that permit document posting.
We implement targeted Facebook ad campaigns for each Chris Holm & Associates listing.
