On Middleton Mountain, it would have been easy to lead with the view. Before we wrote a word, we walked the house and noticed what set it apart: almost 2,000 finished square feet downstairs, built for gathering. A games room with space for a pool table and a golf setup, a full wet bar, a media room, two more bedrooms.

So we wrote for the people who'd use it: families with kids old enough to bring their friends home, and the hosts whose house is always the one everyone drifts to.

That opening line set the angle for everything that followed. The listing page walks a buyer through the house in the order the story needs: downstairs first, then out back to the pool, then up to the main floor.

The home got its own page, a 3D tour to walk every room, measured floor plans, a printable booklet, and a full gallery from twilight to drone. Buyers could know exactly where every wall sat before booking a viewing.
