Beginning your home search can be an overwhelming and daunting task. Our team makes sure that you understand each of the below 8 steps of our buying process to make your experience as easy and enjoyable as possible - and have you raising a glass to toast new beginnings!
Meet & Create a Wishlist
Let’s get to know each other! Once you’re ready to work with our team, we’ll meet for a Buyer Consultation together to focus your search and determine what you want in a home.
Pre-qualification
We’ll introduce you to our mortgage partner, who can help you determine your buying price range with confidence. This is a vital step in the home buying process!

Now that we know you more, we’ll send you notifications about the listings that you’re most likely to be excited about!
Schedule Viewings
Here’s where the buying process gets really fun! We’ll schedule viewings of the homes that you want to check out in person, and can go to local open houses together too.
Find the Perfect Home & Write an Offer
When you decide on your dream home, we'll present a written offer to the seller. Once an offer is accepted, it’s time to get your financing in order.
Acceptance, Appraisal & Inspection
When the sellers accept your offer, the home will get appraised to guarantee the price of the property matches the condition of the property, and an inspection will be completed to make sure that everything in the home is functioning properly and there are no major issues.
Closing Day & Getting the Keys
It’s time to close on your new home! This process includes going through all of the final paperwork and providing your down payment, among other things, so you can officially get the keys!
