Kudos to Ruth Mueller for grabbing this great shot from the Kalview neighbourhood in Coldstream earlier this week. So nice to see days getting longer and always a joy to see late-day colour in the sky!

Inventory in the North Okanagan continues to be limited BUT this week listings activated eeked out properties sold 60 (New) to 54 (Sold)

Several new listings this week had realtors and buyers ( in person and via video) lined up and waiting their turn to get a look on day one. It is a common practice on listings to set a time that sellers will be looking at offers, as it is not a matter of if there will be one, rather how many will present.

Time is of the essence! Speed Matters.

What a day in the life of a Realtor looks like!

We are gearing up for what is already a busy market and spring/summer will be even busier. Monday, we went to view a new listing and virtually tour clients around the home via FaceTime. It's impeccable how technology exceeds our needs and allows us to bring clients virtually through homes. This also allows us to show homes in real-time and answer any desired questions.

Meanwhile, back at the office, our team is working hard at putting all the final pieces together to be prepared to serve our clients with the very best marketing available.
