In North Okanagan Real Estate

As of the morning of Friday May 10th, there are 915 homes showing as active listings here in North Okanagan. On May 3,  there were 896homes active.

Sales ranged from $360,000. to $3,200,000. Days to sell ranged from 7 to 223. 6 listings expired, 8 were cancelled.
