The housing market looks a lot different than it did a few years ago.

Prices have cooled in some markets, stabilized in others, and affordability is still a real factor for buyers. Even with more inventory available in many areas, monthly payments are still shaping what people can afford.

So, should you sell now?

It depends less on the national headlines and more on what selling would help you do next.
