For the second week in a row, we have seen new listings popping up faster than sales are removing properties from the market. This is to be expected. Last year at this time, inventory was at an all time low, and prices spiked. Stay Tuned over the next weeks to see what transpires this year.
In North Okanagan Real Estate
As of the morning of Friday, March 10, there are 734 properties showing as active listings here in North Okanagan. On March 3, there were 698 properties active.
Sales ranged from $260,000 to $1,389,000 and on average properties were active for 65 days before posting as sold.
