So long, April!
It's been an interesting month in North Okanagan real estate. Finally, we have broken the number 500 barrier in inventory for sale. That number takes in the areas from Enderby -Grindrod to Predator Ridge, and from Falkland to Cherryville. It also encompasses all residential property types. (Homes, Homes on Acreage, Townhomes, Apartments, and land) When the month is done - we expect to see just shy of 250 properties sold in total - so slightly less than half of the properties are selling in a month.
A couple of significant things to note in the last 7 days locally is the very low Average Days to Sell - at 18!! and the number of price reductions (40 sellers lowered their asking price over the week.)

In North Okanagan Real Estate
As of the morning of Friday, April 29, 2022, there are 550 properties showing as active listings in the North Okanagan. Last Friday there were 514 properties active.
Sales ranged from $135,000. to $2,225,000. and on average properties were active for 18 days before posting as sold.
30 sales took 14 days or less to firm up. (Almost 1/2)
